11. Subsequent Phases of Restoration funded by Foundation:

a) Rebuilding of the Darling St. entrance.
b) Moving the electrical facilities at the rear
c) Building of the rehearsal hall
d) Building the mezzanine in the rehearsal hall.
e) Upgrading the dressing rooms
f) Developing the orchestra pit and 2 renewals of the stage floor and the erection of the sound shell.
g) Upgrades to lighting, sound, the bars and the projection booth.
